In the board, along with the founders, Winsols is funded and guided by Jovee Group Inc, a Canadian based holding company for many business ventures having interest in diverse fields of businesses.

Mr. K. Nagarajan, a serial entrepreneur, hooked on to the thrill of being an entrepreneur very early in his career. After his MBA from Madras University, Mr. Nagarajan started his entrepreneurship journey with Digital Payment Gateways around FY 2003, while the market was still in its infancy stages. He was also one of the founders of EBS Payment Gateway. By 2009, he ventured into the gaming industry in the name and style of Winsols, as online and mobile gaming caught his fantasy. He was further inspired to acquire the domain name MakeUpGames.com for a 5-figure value.

Kathireson Suyambu

CFO

Mr. Kathireson Suyambu is an MBA graduate in Finance having 16 years of varied experience in the fields of Accounts, Finance, Investments, Operations, IT and Business Management. He has served as IT Head for HSBC Private Banking during his 8 years stint with them. Currently, he is serving as CFO with our Investor company Jovee Group Inc., Canada extending the role of CFO for Winsols Studios in a quasi position making it a lean organisational structure.
